Please read this document carefully in its entirety before using 16e's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the Terms set out below.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 16e platform via the website or mobile app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use 16e's services.
These Terms take effect from the date you first register or use the platform. 16e reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.
Account Creation & Security
To access the full 16e experience, you will need to register and create a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, and current. False or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or closed without notice.
You are solely responsible for the security of your password and all activity that occurs under your account. 16e will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other external channel. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
This platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
16e users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of fraud or system manipulation
- Sharing your account with another person or allowing a third party to use your account
- Attempting to breach, disrupt, or compromise the platform's security systems
- Engaging in any activity that violates Malaysian law or that may harm other users
16e reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure if a violation is confirmed.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 16e platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) as the base currency. No foreign currency conversion is required for Malaysian users. Supported deposit methods include online bank transfers via FPX and Touch 'n Go eWallet.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their bank account or e-wallet details are accurate and registered in their own name. 16e is not liable for any transaction delays or failures caused by incorrect information or third-party issues such as banking service disruptions.
Withdrawals are subject to an account verification process that may require identity documents such as a copy of your MyKad. This is a standard security measure to protect your account. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals will be shown in your account settings once you are logged in.
Any attempt to commit fraud in transactions — including the use of payment methods not belonging to you — will result in immediate account closure and further action as appropriate.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
16e provides its platform services on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, be free of errors, or be fully secure at all times. 16e is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
A user account may be temporarily suspended or permanently closed in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
- Confirmed fraudulent activity or system manipulation
- Confirmed that the user is under 18 years of age
- Request by a statutory authority or law enforcement body
- Account inactivity for an extended period in accordance with the platform's internal policy
In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, 16e reserves the right to withhold or forfeit the account balance, depending on the circumstances and nature of the violation.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Governing Law
All content on the 16e platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software code — is the exclusive property of 16e or parties that have licensed it to 16e. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any such content for commercial purposes without express written permission from 16e.
This platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment providers. 16e has no control over the content or privacy policies of those third parties and accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of such third-party services.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
